I found this challenge over on Pandora’s Books. It sounded like a lot of fun, and I know this challenge is really old, but I wanted to participate in it. It looks to have been created by Good Books and Good Wine.
Today’s prompt is: Describe how you shop for books.
I shop for books in a lot of different ways. I don’t mind if my books are new or used, so that opens up quite a bit of options for shopping.
One of the main ways I buy books is in the Facebook book selling groups. I’ve gotten a lot of books that way, especially lately. It’s a great way to add books that you need for your collection without spending a lot of money.
I also buy books at yard sales and thrift stores like Goodwill. That is another way to find inexpensive books.
I buy a lot of books from Barnes & Noble since I have a membership card there. Having that membership has saved me a ton of money. I’m so glad I signed up for it.
I also buy books from Amazon. For e-books, I purchase books on Amazon as well for my Kindle.
How do you buy your books?
